I firmly believe that the best way to manage one’s life is to set goals. This is why I define with all my clients a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together, during our first consultation.

Posing Practice and coaching
Learn the correct mandatory poses as well as the transitions. Discover how to highlight strong body parts while hiding weak ones. I will give you tips and hints to look your best. Many people pose incorrectly this can cost you several placing at a show. You have worked so hard to get in the best shape of your life. To show your best physique possible you must pose correctly.
$150 per hour
Group rates, example( you and 2 friends) 3 people would pay $50 each for 1 hour.
Train with the Project
Complete a workout with me. One on one attention given to you. I will teach you techniques, correct form, and explain how and why I train the way I train for maximum results. This session will last anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, All questions answered during session. The body part will be based on what I’m training that day. If you want to hit a particular body part we can plan it.
